Resort Lifestyle Communities and Cameron General Contractors are affiliated companies engaged in the business of building, owning and managing Senior Independent Living Communities across the country.

Cameron is responsible to locate, purchase, zone and develop properties, delivering completed facilities to RLC.

Resort Lifestyle Communities provides the day-to-day operations, management and marketing of our communities. Both companies are over 18 years old, and began formulating their designs, financing, and operating strategy for Senior Independent Living Communities in the mid-1990’s.

Currently there are six operating communities; Savannah Pines; Lincoln, NE, Maple Ridge and Walnut Grove; Omaha, NE, Reflection Ridge; Wichita, KS, Riverstone; Kansas City, MO., and Lakeline Oaks, Austin, TX. We also have several other properties under contract.

If you are not satisfied with our services, we ask that you give notice to vacate within the refund time period and you will be given a refund of monies paid for rent and your deposit for your first 30 days of stay.
